With our Support Package we provide support by Phone and Email. Our support is unlimited but updates are not.
Updates are for Framework and Security but also from time to time content and logos.
Out Of Hours Service
We only provide support by Email outside of business hours. At times this can take up to an hour or two for some support during busy periods.

Why is there no pricing for web design on your site?
This is the most asked question. We are unable to list pricing for web design as each and every client requires something different to the last, with different functions and design. So our approach to this is that you email us asking for pricing and we contact you back to get a full briefing of your new venture or re-design. We will then price your project per person, so you know your quote is tailored to you and your project.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes! We do provide hosting for all of our clients and hosting is offered to each project that is worked on. We also provide hosting to clients that just need their website hosting here in the UK or if a client has got to move from an old host. Out pricing for hosting is in the table above. We accept Direct Debit ONLY for all hosting packages if you fail to accept the direct debit you will be changed £12 late fee every month on top of your hosting.
I have a website but its broke. Can you help?
This sometimes can be a hard one to answer. Until we have seen the website in question or have got more details on what your site was built on. But yes we can!
Sometimes it makes more sense to re build your site on up to date frameworks then to try and fix something that could be 10 years old and very out of date. Please send us an email with full details and we can try and assist you the best we can.
What is your contract lengths?
All of our hosting only contracts are monthly contracts, so you are not locked into a long contract you can not get out of, you are only locked in per 30 days. If you are looking at ending your hosting with us then all we ask is a 30 days notice in writing by email that you are looking to end your hosting contract, we will then create your last 30 days invoice and once that is paid (you do not have to wait until the end of the 30 days to pay the last invoice) we will unlock your site so you are able to download the backup and you are then free to move your website as you see fit. Please note once the 30 days are up we will remove your account and all files, it is your responsibly to download your files.
